  • ½ cup of Almonds.

Once the syrup starts boiling, add the roasted almonds to it. In about 10 minutes, the syrup should completely evaporate, leaving the almonds with a sticky covering on them. Now add the salt-sugar mix and combine them well. 

After they are evenly coated, place them on a parchment paper and let them dry completely. The prep-cook time of this recipe is less than 30 minutes, making it an ideal last-minute snack.


Remember to store them in an airtight container. It is crucial to ensure that all the almonds are dry during storage because even little moisture can make the almonds soft. You can also make this snack in the oven. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees and bake the almonds (on a parchment paper) in it for eight minutes. Heat all the sugar and honey in a pan. Add some salt to it and then coat your roasted almonds with the solution. At this point, your snack is ready, but you can bake it for another minute if you want the syrup to harden a little. 

Remember to use the bottom coil while baking and turn your almonds once after 4 minutes of baking.
